Well, this post was almost timed perfectly---Easter, One Year Later--should be the title, right? Easter is around the corner for 2020 but here are last year's pictures. The Easter bunny brought some goodies for all the kids (it was me and they knew it, ha). I don't normally do this but I think Caren had also bought some stuff for Leo so it worked out perfectly. The kids liked their gifts but honestly, they were here for the Easter Egg Hunt. So the day followed our normal protocol: It was church, lunch, and Easter Egg Hunt! Sunday Tradition 😄
The kids all lined up after they were told what color eggs they could pick. They were so egg-cited!
Moomie hid some surprise sparkly eggs for each kid!
Moomie getting a crack on my head from behind!!
Grandpops is an easy target. He just bends over!
Even Muffin got cascaron'ed!!!
Even the grown-ups get pure enjoyment out of cracking cascarones on the littles...brutal! Here's the link for the video of the whole thing: https://youtu.be/MWFQY6hPjZUShe found her sparkly egg! Took many more pictures!
After cracking all of our cascarones and shook out all the confetti from our hair and our chones, it was time to come inside, open our other eggs, and chill.
We watched Leo's graduation ceremony in the dining room! So glad for technology to be able to enjoy it too.
