Hi! Thanks for stopping by! I'm Lynet and I am long-time resident of this big state of Texas near the Houston area.

This is my little corner of the internet. I blog about my little family of 5 and sometimes, our dog Gerald and our cats, plants, art, and DIY projects. In a nut-shell: I am a wife to one and mom to three. I am the a taco-making queen and I can't get enough of every day life and being able to capture it. 

I like photography, blogging, vacuuming (so satisfying), family outings and doing things together, movies, Sour Patch Kids and Chewy Sweettarts, Mexican food, volunteering at church, and Instagram. 

You may have stumbled upon a post that has some Spanish in it...that's because my native country is Mexico. I've lived in the USA for over 33 years and I visit Mexico every once in a blue moon. I love Mexico's culture, but thankful I get to live in the best country on earth!

The New Wittys is my blog to document our lives and to share with my family whom I cannot be near. I love that I can scroll throughout the years on here and watch our family grow up on my screen. So sit, look at pictures, and grow with us!!
